We will NOT be holding classes on the weekend of March 11th.  No Friday or Saturday classes. Along with the IMA Team we are helping our friends at INTRIGUE GYMNASTICS set up a meet in Nashville.

WOD’s will still be posted, do them at home or just get outside and move around a lot.  We will be back at it on Monday March 14th.
