Make up a missed WOD

Get familiar with the guru of mobility, Kelly Starret, and his work on the Mobility WOD. Start making it a habit, every day, to work on becoming a suptle performance machine.

Unless we hear otherwise I’ll be posting the weeks Endurance WOD’s on Monday.

  • They are to be spread out evenly throughout the week.
  • Make sure the Tempo/TT day is on a CrossFit off day.
