[rest 5min]

“Death by Power Clean”
*use 55-65% of arm
*every min on the min perform a Power Clean, adding one each minute
*rest during the remainder of min
It will look like this:
Min 1 = 1 Power Clean
Min 2 = 2 Power Clean
Min 3 = 3 Power Clean
and so on until you can not perform the proper rep scheme
