You get to meet Fran today, one of CrossFit’s original Dirty Girls, she’s been around a few times, let us know how you handle her.  The video has nothing to do with Fran the workout.  It does have a LOT to do with the beginning & future of this phenomenon, and Community.  Community is the key to this whole thing.

    Pullup proficiency is the main component holding me back, that & it just REALLY hurts
