My “WOD” took all of 4min & 48sec this morning. Hard and fast. But I spent almost 2hrs in my training session. Between a good and proper warm-up, some extra KB / Strength work, and my cool-down / Mobility routine I was TRAINING for almost 2 hours.

I know we all can’t pull off a schedule like this, hell most days neither can I. The point is to make time for ALL aspects of your training. It’s more then just blowing your WOD.
